Summer lovin'

We are lovin' Summer!!  Jace is busy exploring his world around him!  In the grass, playing with sticks, rocks, and dirt.  He is usually wearing only a diaper and sunscreen.  Such a boy!

Jace is 11 months!

Oh man, is this kid funny.  He is 11 months and is a charmer!  My friends call him busy.  I would agree.  He is my breath of fresh air on bad days and makes every moment fun.  He learned how to dance and is probably the cutest thing I have ever seen.  Signing "all done" "hi" "bye" "SOOO big."  He finally figured out how to clap and wants to clap for everything!  He can bark like a dog when he hears one or when asked where the puppy is, he can moo like a cow when asked what does a cow say, he can give the nicest short and sweet kisses and learned how to stand in the middle of no where and put his arms WAY up high to show how big he is.  He has taken 6 steps all by himself and doesn't really care to walk much.  He is very cautious and nervous to fast throws up in the air.  He can eat more than I can and is dead serious when it comes time to shoveling his food in his mouth.  When Carsen got home from his first day of Kindergarten today, he was playing in his bedroom, so I said, "where is Carsen?" He thought about it and went to find him.  He knows and loves his brother so much!  These are all new tasks in our house hold and firsts for us as parents so we are enjoying all these fun stages of a typical child.  Feeling so blessed in every day that Jace is able to do as much as he can and that Carsen has a great little brother!

He cracks me up.  He loves to open his mouth for anything that should be surprising or fun!  Which is all the time!  Feeling blessed and planning his one year birthday party!!
